we don't have the money to act all whizzy and grand like apple or amazon, I would love a council with a vision more like aldi or lidl - do our job well and provide good value
people are not a resource like laptops and paper. they don't exist to be allocated, monitored, optimised and used.
thinking about how things would function if X problem was already solved is my current fave way of coming up with ideas. either in a general way or by writing out a description of people going about their day in this ideal world
